<div>A multi talented wonderboy, Andrew Cownden can sing, write, act, dance, mime and play several instruments including the piano, the harmonica and the trumpet among others. Andrew attended [[Oak Bay High School]] where he perform in many Oak Bay Community Theatre productions and was well known for his harmonica playing. Andrew has attended the Canadian College of Performing Arts and played the role of Charley Wykeham in the 2006 Kimberley Summer Theatre production of "Where's Charley?"<br />

I was a sandwich border,which means I stood outside alll day with a sign around my neck advertising a restaurant. I had a nice boss and nice hours, but standing in the same place for six hours a day doing absolutely nothing is bound to depress anybody. So, I wrote a song about it.
