Gave some initial definitions to the Eldar Dragons. Made sure that Chromium would have been useful in the video, and that Vaevictus wouldn't for this hand.

Why change "rank" to "base value?" Rank is pretty much exclusively used in the rest of pages about VSWP. Maybe we need to clarify on the main page that they both mean the same thing? --MadAlric
