Ian Horner is a a member of the LRR crew. He hosts Tinker Tailor Solder Fry (Solder is pronounced with the "l" sound in order to be a reference to the John le Carré novel Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy), and co-hosts Rhythm Cafe with Heather Dery. He also appears on Crossing the Streams, AFK, and LoadingReadyLive. He piloted the car Saabine (rest in peace) during Road Quest. He plays multiple characters on Qwerpline, most notably Richter Hammockslam. He has been on several Dice Friends campaigns, perhaps most notably as Enor in both seasons of Bylaw and Order. He has also appeared on Desert Bus for Hope since Desert Bus 4. He is a character on CommodoreHUSTLE. Starting in 2017, he has done the LRRMans stream, where he (and friends) spend 24 hours driving a virtual version of the Le Mons course via either Project Cars 2 or Assetto Corsa. He is known for saying interesting things.

Ian, already having become a fan of LoadingReadyRun, first worked with them in his capacity as a member of the improv troupe the 404's at Anime Evolution in 2009. Ian and his partner, Coriander Dickinson moved from Edmonton, Alberta, to Victoria in October 2014. They had only informed Brendan "Beej" Dery and Heather Dery about the move beforehand, and so surprised the rest of the crew by showing up at Moonbase Mk III while Cameron and Alex Steacy were playing XCOM: Enemy Within" on A Swiftly Tilting Cameron.

Ian also homestreams on tiltyhouse, where he primarily plays Yakuza games.

In Desert Bus for Hope 9, for his driver shift Ian shaved his entire head and applied white paint to himself to look like a Mad Max: Fury Road "Warboy." This was a shocking transformation for many, including James.

Ian once did computer work for David Byrne prior to a concert. Byrne, to this day, owes him $350.
