This is the template for offline videos. This template is dynamic, and has four states, based on the values provided.

For Link, add a full hyperlink after the equals sign to link to a video. This will mostly be Youtube videos, but I don't want to bake it into the code in case there's a link to a non-Youtube website.

For Page, put the name of the alternative video host. This will likely either be Blip or Revver. Seems unlikely to be Escapist, since those normally linked directly to THEIR pages and wasn't cross-posted.

If no values are provided:

		This video is offline. Some early videos have been taken down for using copyrighted music or were removed for hosting issues. Others have come down because the host had ceased operations and the video was not reposted to an alternate host.

If Link is provided:

		This video has no page on LoadingReadyRun.com, but is hosted elsewhere. It can be found at this link here.

If Page is provided:

		This video page on LoadingReadyRun links to a video formerly hosted on Revver. The video has not been officially reposted to an alternate host, and is currently unavailable on primary hosts.

If Link and Page are provided:

		The video page on Loadingreadyrun.com links to a video formerly hosted on Blip.tv, but the video can be found here.

This template should be linked at the top of pages with videos that are offline or otherwise poorly linked to the main page on LRR.
