Synopsis
An old woman curses Missie over a parking lot dispute. When she goes home, she sees her own picture in a stereotypical "doctors hate her!" ad on Facebook. Doctors begin taunting and threatening her; when two of them push her around in an alleyway, she flees to Matt's house, afraid to stay in her own home. However, she is found by the Surgeon General (Cam). She resolves to turn and confront him and his small army of doctors. Knowing that one a day keeps them away, she eats an apple, causing them to cringe and shrink from her. Later, Missie is shown checking Facebook again; the ad now reads "Doctors respectfully keep their distance from her!".
