Graham remarks that the inaccurate gun reminds him of 'the latter Pierce Brosnan films.' In Tomorrow Never Dies, Bond's PPK was replaced with the then-modern P99 and stayed so for the remainder of Brosnan's tenure. The PPK returned on a permanent basis in Daniel Craig's Quantum of Solace.
