Vivendi is still buying up shares of Ubisoft while insisting it has no plans to take over the company, instead saying the purchases are part of a "strategic vision of working together with Ubisoft," but adding that they also want to reorganize Ubisoft's board of directors, presumably to add a throne to the boardroom for their representative and to make Yves Guillemot dress up in a jester costume.
