• Police in Buffalo, New York, have arrested a man after he went into a Starbucks and pretended to be a detective in order to get discounted coffee.
• Milwaukee prosecutors say that a man who led police on a high-speed chase ended up crashing his minivan because he became distracted while driving because he was checking his cellphone for directions.
